Position Overview
The Vice President of Operational and Infrastructure Solutions will lead the strategic integration, optimization, and advancement of our operational systems and IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for building scalable, efficient, and forward-looking solutions that support the company’s growth, acquisitions, and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Multi-Site Operations: Oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- POS Systems Integration: Evaluate, integrate, and upgrade point-of-sale (POS) systems, with a focus on merging multiple platforms into a unified, optimized ecosystem.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Design and implement technology and infrastructure strategies that support seamless operations and future scalability.
- M&A Readiness: Develop and maintain operational playbooks for mergers and acquisitions to ensure smooth integration of systems, processes, and teams.
- Process Excellence: Drive the creation of high-quality procedures and documentation that enable repeatable success and operational consistency.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and technologies to enhance overall performance.
- Enterprise Focus: Maintain a strategic, enterprise-level mindset that prioritizes company-wide efficiencies over individual site needs.
- Financial Systems & Transactions: Manage B2B and B2C transaction environments, ensuring secure and efficient credit card processing within POS systems.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in operations or IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and POS system integration or upgrades.
- Strong background in B2B or B2C credit card transaction environments.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement operational playbooks, especially in M&A contexts.
- Excellent organizational and execution skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
- A proactive, curious, and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead through influence, communicate clearly, and drive alignment across business units.
