Primary Responsibilities
The project manager is responsible for the scope, resources, budget, and oversight of all site capital projects.
- Developing project budgets, schedules, bid packages, completes design material take-off for project purchasing and deliveries.
- Procuring necessary contractors and equipment to complete capital projects
- Performing turn-key management of multiple projects simultaneously and verifies that contractors have met all standard specifications.
- Verifying all contractor work is following Corrigan OSB, LLC safety standards.
- Conducting safety and daily progress meetings for all fieldwork
- Conducting project reviews and analysis upon completion.
- Directing site development, foundation, structural and mechanical fabrication and installations for capital projects
- Finding ways to reduce the cost of equipment and supplies
Job Experience
A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
Outstanding safety and attendance record
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferred
5+ years’ experience in engineering and/or project management
Proficiency in Computer Aided Drafting (2D and 3D) and Microsoft Office suite
Experience in writing project scopes, bid packages, and construction agreements
