The Role:
The Project Coordinator's primary responsibility is to develop an understanding of department processes and procedures and use that knowledge to work with their assigned team to arrange and execute project related services, meet account deliverables, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Project Coordinator must have the ability to prioritize various day-to-day job duties and make timely, accurate, and sound business decisions.
- Manage the day-to-day project coordination responsibilities as assigned.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and communicated.
- Quote simple scope projects using operational plans and cost structures.
- Coordinate services and confirm pricing with our supplier network.
- Review supplier invoices to ensure accuracy when compared to quoted and actual work.
- Properly update all required fields in appropriate operating systems in accordance with client standards.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Promptly communicate any potential problems, incidents or occurrences affecting the daily operations and management of the department to your immediate supervisor.
- Utilize company core values of TEAM (Trust, Empowerment, Accountability and Mesh) as guiding principles for behaviors with both internal and external clients.
- Demonstrate an understanding of all job relevant systems.
- Assist other team members with tasks, tracking, and other project administrative functions.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with management, co-workers, team members, contractors and customers in the Company’s best interests as a top priority.
- Demonstrate a willingness to improve job related skills, be responsive to directions, accept constructive feedback, and show flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and in any Departmental Manual.
- Accept and perform additional job duties, assignments or projects as directed by your immediate supervisor or management for the betterment of the Company.

- Ability to communicate and interact with people of various levels in an effective and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills to efficiently perform daily work activities.
- Must have good problem-solving skills and make sound business decisions.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being a good listener.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
- Customer service driven with the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work under the pressures of time constraints in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience in transportation is a plus, however, job seekers with backgrounds in education, retail, and hospitality are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

Conditions:
- Full-time position. Generally Monday through Friday, first shift.
- This is an in-office role, five days a week.
