Logistics Coordinator
Location: Onsite Lakewood, OH

As a Logistics Coordinator at Phalanx Logistics Solutions, you’ll play a key role in keeping freight moving and customers satisfied. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day entry of shipments, build strong relationships with carriers and customers, and ensure every load is executed smoothly—from order entry to final delivery. What You’ll Do
- Manage load entry in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Track and trace shipments, proactively communicate updates, and resolve any service issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer and location records to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Leadership, and Operations teams to meet customer expectations.
- Assist in collecting documentation for claims and OS&D (Overages, Shortages & Damages).
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Support after-hours operations as part of the team rotation.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall business success.
