Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP, Insights & AI Strategy will play a pivotal role in realizing that mission by transforming how PartnerCentric turns data into foresight and AI into advantage.
A Week in the Life
As the VP, Insights & AI Strategy, you will lead PartnerCentric’s evolution from reporting to strategic intelligence—guiding how data, insights, and AI shape smarter decisions for clients and internal teams alike.
Monday
Kick off the week with the Data & Insights team to review dashboards and reporting outputs, translating them into actionable client narratives. Audit automation workflows with the Business Intelligence Specialist to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency.
Tuesday
Meet with client strategy leads to identify patterns in campaign performance that can inform future recommendations. Translate these insights into frameworks that scale across the organization. Collaborate with the CEO on setting priorities for AI adoption across internal and client-facing initiatives.
Wednesday
Join the Sales and Client Success teams for a prospective client meeting, showcasing PartnerCentric’s thought leadership in AI and data-driven strategy. Present examples of predictive insights or automation wins that have improved performance for existing clients.
Thursday
Host a working session with cross-functional leaders to align data engineering, analytics, and AI experimentation. Review progress on AI tools, models, and automation pilots that enhance client reporting and operational efficiency.
Friday
Wrap up the week with a company-wide insights sync—sharing key learnings, emerging trends, and actionable opportunities surfaced from the data. Present updates on PartnerCentric’s AI roadmap to the leadership team, highlighting impact metrics and next steps.
Responsibilities
Data & Insights Leadership
- Lead the transformation of the reporting function into a proactive insights and strategy engine.
- Manage the Data & Insights team and Business Intelligence Specialist, ensuring excellence in data automation, governance, and storytelling.
- Establish consistent frameworks for turning analytics into business recommendations that drive client and internal outcomes.
- Ensure all data systems and reporting tools provide accurate, timely, and accessible insights across the company.
AI Strategy & Enablement
- Define and execute PartnerCentric’s enterprise-wide AI strategy—governing tools, policies, education, and experimentation.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into internal workflows, automation, and predictive insights to drive efficiency and value creation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI solutions that elevate client deliverables and agency operations.
- Build organizational fluency in AI through internal training, enablement resources, and best-practice standards.
Client-Facing Thought Leadership
- Serve as PartnerCentric’s AI and insights subject matter expert in client engagements, pitches, and industry conversations.
- Collaborate with Client Services to translate data findings into strategic recommendations that enhance campaign outcomes.
- Represent PartnerCentric at industry events, panels, and media opportunities—showcasing innovation in data-driven marketing and applied AI.
- Build PartnerCentric’s reputation as a trusted, forward-looking partner at the intersection of affiliate, influencer, and AI-powered marketing.
Role Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or strategy roles within marketing, digital media, or technology firms.
- Demonstrated success leading teams that translate complex data into strategic insights and measurable business results.
- Proven experience implementing or overseeing AI initiatives in marketing or operational contexts.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and partner ecosystems.
- Skilled in data storytelling, automation strategy, and the practical application of emerging AI tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and clients, with a thought-leadership presence in public forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
