Position Overview
The Warehouse Assistant supports daily operations by managing parts, equipment, vehicles, and shop facilities. This hands-on role helps keep field technicians equipped and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee materials and inventory for Plumbing and HVAC departments
- Oversee tools and equipment
- Manage truck inventories
- Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs
- Keep shop and yard clean, organized, and safe
- Deliver parts/equipment to job sites as needed
- Assist with property care and seasonal maintenance
- Support the Operations Manager with special projects
Requirements
- Age 21+ with valid driver’s license & clean record
- Able to safely drive a trailer and lift 60+ lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
