About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will serve as the project and logistics coordinator for active and new site implementations, ensuring that operational projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
What you’ll do
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate installation logistics, shipments, inventory and installer schedules.
- Communicate with building teams with project updates to ensure TULU’s work meets expectations.
- Ensure unit(s) are ready to activate by the provided deadline.
- Manage theft, repairs, re-curations projects, coordinating service requests across teams to completion.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and support a team of Installation Leads and Installers.
- Track performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Tracking and Problem-Solving:
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
About You
- Ability to work in-office at our NYC Headquarters with on-site visits as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and proficient in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You also have:
- Proficiency in Google workspace, including Sheets/Excel.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platform(s).
- Startup experience
- Experience in operations, logistics or project management
- Experience managing external contractors and vendors a plus
