Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end execution and on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery of the project
Responsible for Financial Management, Risk Management, and Dependency Management for the project
Responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan, working with the resource manager on resource planning
Accountable for maintaining the RAAIDD log
Escalates when required and holds people accountable for mitigation and resolution of risks and issues
Works with Project Accountants to obtain information for Financial Management
Responsible for managing changes in project scope, objectives, requirements, and resources and ensuring adherence to change control policies
Collaborates with the solution team to take the project through change control processes when required
Manages and tracks interdependencies and interfaces with related projects
Collaborates with the solution team to ensure adherence to release management practices
Accountable and responsible for receiving Go/No-Go signoff
Holds delivery teams accountable for the development of architecture design documents, test plans, deployment, and hypercare plans
Responsible for project-level governance and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders on a defined cadence
Keeps the Portfolio Lead and Program Manager informed of all risks, issues, and dependencies, and seeks help when necessary
Responsible for communication closeout activities including updating project systems and conducting retrospectives
Facilitates Agile ceremonies and supports the team using Scrum practices to ensure continuous delivery and iterative improvement

Qualifications

Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery
Strong understanding of project financials, risks, and dependencies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Working knowledge of infrastructure concepts (hardening, networking, virtualization, hosting) — not necessarily hands-on but with strong technical understanding
Knowledge of Jira is a plus
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience required
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in both Agile and traditional project environments
