Skills and Experience
Strong PM candidates will have 3+ years of experience working as a technical Project Manager or Business Systems Analyst, however those with solid technical comprehension, ability to elicit and document requirements, and proven success managing professional projects may also be considered.
Qualified candidates must be great communicators, and can show that they are able to work comfortably with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in both verbal and written communications. They are adaptable, flexible, and good at thinking on their feet, and are highly organized, detail oriented, and thorough.
Successful technical Project Managers are quick learners, and love to tackle new projects and challenges. They are also great problem solvers, who are patient and able to work diligently through issues to find solutions that balance needs with constraints.
