Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Floor Coating Applicator to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working on commercial and industrial projects including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and specialty environments.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in floor coating systems, takes pride in workmanship, and thrives in a team-driven environment where quality, safety, and efficiency matter.
Responsibilities
- Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, shot blasting, crack/chip repair, patching)
- Apply epoxy and specialty floor coating systems
- Mix materials per manufacturer specifications
- Perform moisture tests, adhesion tests, and site conditions checks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedule and quality expectations
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete substrates using mechanical methods
- Correctly mix and apply various coating systems
- Manage material inventory and ensure all tools are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the project lead to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verifiable experience in commercial or industrial floor coating application.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
