Anderson Group International with offices in California, Texas and Florida, is looking for a select group of individuals for their Bakersfield Branch that are interested in being part of one of the most respected and experienced disaster cleanup firms in the country.
What we're looking for: A water damage and mold remediation Mitigation Supervisor. Your duties will include water/fire damage restoration, mold remediation, emergency board up, demolition, and cleaning. This person must not be afraid of getting dirty or go into crawl-spaces or attics. The hours vary as our work is based on emergency services 24/7, 365 days a year. We work primarily in high-end homes and large commercial facilities throughout the area, so we need a clean, professional appearance.

You need to know: We require drug testing and background checks for all prospective hires. In order to apply for this position you must have a valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record, read and write English, IICRC WRT ASD certs preferred. Minimum 2 years experience.
