About Us:
Alpha Structural is Southern California’s leading design-build firm specializing in residential, commercial and industrial structural repair, foundation work, slope stabilization, and seismic retrofitting—with over 30 years of proven performance.
We’re not a firm where you’ll spend years working on one small piece of a project. At Alpha, you’ll see the entire process—from analysis and design to construction and completion. As a fully integrated design-build company, your solutions don’t stop at paper; they get built, tested, and stand the test of time.
If you want a role where you can grow your engineering career faster than in a corporate setting, you’ll fit right in.
