Senior Property Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational health of multiple properties.
- Develop and implement operating budgets, focusing on efficiency and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Monitor financial reports, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with management to meet fiscal and physical standards.
- Conduct regular inspections with Property and Maintenance Managers to address safety, health, and maintenance needs.
- Create and execute action plans that improve property condition, appeal, and long-term viability.
- Maintain and update emergency preparedness and disaster response plans.
- Manage occupancy services, including rental processes, tenant certifications, and lease enforcement in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with Resident Services Coordinators to support community involvement, surveys, and resident feedback meetings.
- Hire, train, and support property staff to ensure effective team performance.
- Prepare and present property and operational reports to senior management and site boards.
Senior Property Manager Requirements
Required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance
- Property management experience

- Associate’s degree
- Leadership and supervisory experience
