Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration and mold remediation. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to restore properties affected by water, fire, or other disasters. The Restoration Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that properties are cleaned, restored, and returned to their original condition.
Duties
- Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction of water and drying of affected areas.
- Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal of mold from properties.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cleaning, building, and restoring damaged structures.
- Execute carpet cleaning procedures as part of the restoration process.
- Assist in asbestos abatement projects when necessary, following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and mold remediation practices is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction and restoration work.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and restore properties effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

These positions are demo and demo clean up, construction clean up, content removal, throwing stuff into dumpsters, setting up and taking down equipment, tearing up carpet/flooring
BASICALLY, WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE JOBSITE WITHOUT COMPLAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NEED:
- Steel Toe Shoes
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Physically able to do job and stand for long durations
- Valid DL - Not needed but very helpful
- Work in a team or individual setting
Pay is between $19/hr-$25/hr (depending on exp.), and we pay weekly - if you show up daily and do a good job, we will try to keep you as busy as possible
Companies but not jobsites are located in: SHEBOYGAN
jobsites are "ALL OVER THE PLACE": SO SOME IN MILWAUKEE, SOME NOT - Being mobile puts you in a good situation as we are able to send you to different sited - having a valid and clean background puts you in a temp to perm situation
