Our Company is seeking to add a Restoration technician position to work for our Williston satellite location.
Helping to restore properties that have been damaged by disaster, you will find a rewarding career with a great team. Using a combination of hands on training and learning from our nationwide franchise learning system, you will gain all the tools to successfully restore properties that have suffered from water, fire, or mold damage.

Primary Responsibility
- Assist in restoring damaged residential and commercial properties that have been impacted from disasters due to water, fire or mold damage.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Position Requirements
- Effective oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift 100 pounds with assistance occasionally
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawlspaces & attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally
- Must have a clean 10 year background check.
- Must have clean driving record.
A job that is good for those who like working with their hands, are fast learners, enjoy working in new environments, and are dependable. Previous construction experience is useful, but not required.
Preferred Certifications (or other restoration certifications) or must be willing to obtain within one year of employment, at no cost to employee.
Fire/Water/Mold Remediation Certified.
