About the Role:
Right Way Plumbing and Mechanical LLC. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager with 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience. You will manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows plumbing inside and out and thrives in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage plumbing projects from planning through completion.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Lead, schedule, and supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors.
Maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide guidance.

Qualifications:

5+ years of plumbing experience (commercial, residential, or industrial).
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards.
Experience managing project teams and timelines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Safety certifications (OSHA preferred) a plus.
