Job Summary
Hendricks Concrete is a We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working guy with construction experience. A lot of our work is finishing out remodels, along with concrete jobs and general construction. This will be a flex position, you may work with the rest of the crew or be tasked solo, will vary day to day.

If you’ve got mechanical skills, that would be a plus to help with repairs. Pay will be based on experience.

This is a hands-on job. You’ll be doing a mix of work, staying busy, and working with a crew that works hard.

What You’ll Do

Help finish construction and remodeling projects
Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Run tools and equipment safely
Handle general job site work (prep, cleanup, materials)
Jump in where needed to keep jobs moving
(Bonus) Help with mechanical repairs and equipment

What We’re Looking For

Construction experience required
Concrete experience preferred
Mechanical skills are a big plus
Shows up on time and ready to work
Strong work ethic — no shortcuts
Can handle physical labor and long days
Willing to learn and take direction
