Join our dynamic team as a Remodeler, where your creativity and craftsmanship will transform spaces and elevate the living experience for our clients! In this role, you will be at the forefront of various remodeling projects, utilizing your diverse skill set to bring visions to life. Your expertise in construction management, plumbing, electrical work, and more will ensure that every project is completed with precision and excellence.

What you’ll do

Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
Perform a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, and tile laying.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Manage materials and resources on-site, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for each phase of the project.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and management principles.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical installations, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing, cabinet installation, door hanging, construction painting, concrete finishing, all types of flooring installation,glass installation, and stucco applications.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
