Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper execution of all Ductwork Shop Drawings, BIM, and Draw Over activities
- Assist with Revit Training for Ductwork Department
- Assist with maintaining and establishing database for Ductwork department.
- Review junior employees drawings and ensure proper drawing practices are being used.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Autocad & Revit MEP for Sheetmetal Ductwork - Minimum 6 years in experience in BIM & Shop Drawings for Ductwork
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Note: This position requires advanced knowledge and experience in Revit, Autocad, Navisworks & other BIM Software's, and technical writing. Candidates should be able to provide a portfolio or examples of previous work demonstrating their proficiency in these areas.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
