About the Role
As an American Sign Language (ASL) Fluent Support Staff, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, who are dually diagnosed, in a residential group home setting. Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines
Supporting medical needs and appointments
Following individualized support and behavior plans
Encouraging community involvement and social engagement
Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)
Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

No two days are the same—and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
