Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Metal Roofing Foreman to lead and oversee roofing projects from start to finish. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver top-quality roofing solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing daily operations, supervising team members, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise roofing crew(s), ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules
- Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to interpret project requirements accurately
- Coordinate construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards across all job sites
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial & residential construction with a focus on metal roofing projects
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a construction management role.
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively on fast-paced job sites

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
