Wolfrum Roofing & Exteriors is a full-service exterior envelope contractor. Headquartered in Delaware, OH, we provide commercial, industrial and institutional roofing, exteriors and railing services in Central Ohio and the surrounding areas.
Summary: Roofers will work on various commercial metal roof projects in Central Ohio. No overnight stays required.
Qualifications:
- Must be experienced with various roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR and others. Familiarity with shingles and metal roofing is a plus
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof Knowledgeable with hand tools
- Able to accurately read a tape measure
- Able to use a nail gun effectively Ability to lift/move/carry 50+lbs regularly with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Loading and unloading materials
- Clean and maintain equipment and area
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Sheet Metal Roofs | TPO | PVC | EPDM
- Must be competent in the application of single ply roofing systems
- Someone we can count on - must be dependable and reliable
Work Environment
Must be able to lift, stand, and walk for prolonged period of time. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; climbing, bending, and kneeling; work outdoors in all types of weather.
