We are a family-owned construction and remodeling company building kitchens, bathrooms, additions and exteriors for homeowners across Contra Costa County. We are looking for a carpenter with solid basics who wants to keep learning.
You will work directly with one of the owners, who runs the job site and will keep teaching you his way of working. We are not looking for someone who knows it all — we are looking for someone who knows the basics well and wants to get better every day.

Experience you need
- At least 2 years of hands-on residential construction
- Basic framing: walls, openings and headers
- Basic foundation: forms, rebar and concrete pours
- Finish work: drywall, trim and doors
- Accurate measuring
- Your own hand tools and basic power tools
- Able to work through a task list on your own when the owner is off site

Physical requirements
- Regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Work outdoors in heat and cold, and on ladders and roofs

- Use power tools safely

- $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Good to have: remodeling experience, a valid driver's license, English and Spanish.
