Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mason / Chimney Technician to join our team in Connecticut.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with concrete, masonry, brickwork, stucco, pointing, chimney repairs, crowns and rebuilds.
Experience with chimney liners is a plus, but not required. If you are highly experienced in masonry and comfortable working on roofs, we can train you to install chimney liners.
Responsibilities: Chimney masonry repairs and rebuilds Concrete and crown work Brick and mortar repairs / repointing Stucco repairs Flashing and waterproofing Chimney cap and chase cover installation Chimney liner installation General chimney repair work Working safely on roofs and ladders
Requirements: Strong masonry and concrete experience Experience working with brick, mortar and stucco Comfortable working on roofs and at heights Able to diagnose and repair chimney problems Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Reliable, hardworking and professional
Chimney liner experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right mason.
Full-time position with steady year-round work.Pay based on experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
