Compensation

$65,000 – $85,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)
Performance Bonuses tied to production and job completion
Earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually
Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)

What This Role Really Is

You will:

Lead full residential remodels from demo through final punch
Set the production pace and enforce quality standards
Manage and train 2–4 carpenters
Coordinate with Project Management and subcontractors
Identify problems early and solve them without drama
Protect job timelines and production margins
Maintain elite-level jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
Represent T&A as a leader — not just a worker

This is not a clock-in, clock-out position.

This is a leadership position in the field.

What We Expect

7+ years residential remodeling experience
Strong experience in bathrooms and kitchens (tile layout, cabinet install, trim, framing corrections)
Ability to read plans and verify layouts independently
Comfort running jobs without being babysat
Production mindset — understands timeline and labor control
Leadership maturity (you don’t need to yell to lead)
Pride in high-end finishes and clean execution
Strong communication skills with homeowners
