Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. We are a concrete company that performs various road and park improvement projects in Central & North NJ. We are seeking someone that is familiar with Road Site Safety, Calculating/Ordering Concrete, Concrete Handicap Slopes, Finishes, Colored Concrete, Retaining Walls, Stairs and other related road work.
Individual is expected to work in the office and on field throughout North/Central NJ.
Civil Engineering Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Read Blueprints effectively
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Be familiar with safety on construction projects.
- Requests for Information
- Cost Estimating/ Change Orders
- Compose Submittal Packages
- Order Materials
- Bilingual - Spanish & Portuguese is preferred
- Drive their own vehicle to job site
- Coordinating with inspectors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
