Duties
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives by applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee program development activities, including requirements gathering, scope management, risk assessment, and resource allocation to meet organizational objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration through effective meeting facilitation, conflict management, and communication skills to drive consensus and momentum.
- Conduct root cause analysis and leverage Lean Six Sigma tools like Kaizen and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage project portfolios using advanced PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 to monitor progress, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Supervise project teams by providing leadership in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements analysis and requirements management to ensure alignment with business needs while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Extensive experience in change management principles combined with supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe alongside traditional Waterfall methodologies for diverse project execution.
- Strong program development expertise including requirements gathering, scope management, and program design.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis, data collection, data analysis tools such as SAS or Visio.
- Proven ability in process modeling using business process modeling techniques; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC.
- Skilled in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6; adept at project management lifecycle practices aligned with PMBOK standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Trello, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement; capable of technical writing and delivering compelling presentations.
- Knowledge of vendor management, IT infrastructure considerations, contract negotiations, and IT project management practices. Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
