Purpose of the Position:

In this role, you will help fulfill our contractual obligations by providing timely, high-quality mitigation and restoration services while supporting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Job Requirements:
- Deliver exceptional quality work by ensuring the efficient, profitable, and timely completion of projects in accordance with work orders.
- Perform restoration services including water mitigation, mold remediation, smoke and odor removal, sewage cleanup, and infectious disease cleaning.
- Communicate job progress daily with the Project Manager.
- Perform content manipulation on jobsites including moving, packaging, and protection.
- Provide accurate job information, documentation, and reporting to support job costing, supplements, and billing.
- Utilize company software including DASH, Nextraq, TSheets, Encircle, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems to document work and complete daily tasks.
- Maintain detailed daily notes, photos, and job documentation for all active projects.
- Manage and maintain company assets, tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse organization.
- Model and enforce all company safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Complete emergency service response work and post-reconstruction clean-up.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience water, mold, or fire remediation
- WRT, AMRT, FSRT, ASD certified
- CSD, 40-hour HAZWOPER and OCT certification (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of restoration products, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of hand tools, small equipment, and basic construction practices.
- Efficient user of tablets, laptops, and smartphones.
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- Ability to drive and maneuver a trailer.
- Coachable, growth-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Additional Expectations:
All employees will be required to participate in an Emergency On-Call Program at a minimum of 1 week per month. Overtime will be mandatory during weather related and surge events.
Compensation will be based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
