Director of Supply Chain
Louisville, KY (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a high-growth consumer products company to identify a Director of Supply Chain who will play a critical leadership role in scaling supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, and inventory operations during an exciting period of growth.
This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial organization where you'll have significant ownership over operational strategy while remaining close to day-to-day execution. You'll lead a growing team, optimize systems and processes, and help build the infrastructure needed to support rapid expansion.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
- Manage relationships with co-packers, 3PLs, freight providers, and key suppliers.
- Drive demand planning, inventory forecasting, and production scheduling.
- Own inventory accuracy, COGS reporting, and operational cost optimization.
- Continue developing ERP workflows, automation, and system integrations.
- Build scalable SOPs and operational processes to support continued growth.
- Coach and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple functional areas.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience within CPG, food & beverage, consumer products, or another fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment.
- Experience working with ERP/WMS platforms such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Proven success managing co-packers, 3PLs, and external vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, and operational reporting.
- Experience building teams, implementing processes, and leading through growth.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and developing people.
- Beverage manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
