Executive Summary
The role is centered on hands-on support and may include Mazatrol programming, tooling and PSF drawing updates, process documentation, changeover reduction, and the development of a preventive maintenance program.
This position is intended to strengthen day-to-day production support while driving practical improvements in efficiency, and capacity.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, and optimize Mazatrol programs for barrel machining operations
• Update tooling prints and manufacturing drawings to reflect current production requirements and approved changes
• Maintain and revise Solumina process instructions, routings, and related manufacturing documentation
• Identify and implement changeover reduction opportunities to improve uptime and throughput
• Establish and support a preventive maintenance (PM) program for equipment, tooling, and critical process elements
• Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues
• Help standardize manufacturing methods to improve repeatability, reduce variation, and support training
• Support engineering and process changes while maintaining documentation accuracy and shop-floor readiness

• Production-ready Mazatrol programs
• Updated tooling and manufacturing prints and controlled drawings
• Current Solumina process documentation
• Changeover reduction action list with implemented improvements
• PM program structure, task definitions, and rollout support
• Ongoing support for process troubleshooting and manufacturing efficiency improvements
Skills and Experience Desired
Candidates for this role should demonstrate:
• Experience operating Mill, Lathe, Millturn machining equipment
• Working knowledge of Mazatrol programming
• Experience updating tooling drawings, prints, and shop documentation
• Familiarity with Enovia as a PLM
• Familiarity with Solumina or similar manufacturing execution/process documentation systems
• Knowledge of setup reduction and lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work independently in a high-mix, production-support environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
