VP of Operations
A rapidly growing, mission-driven consumer packaged goods company is seeking a VP of Operations to lead its North American Operations organization during an exciting period of expansion.
This executive will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, co-manufacturing, commercialization, and network optimization. The role is responsible for building scalable operational capabilities while leading a team of experienced supply chain professionals.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead end-to-end supply chain and operations strategy across North America.
• Own the S&OP process, balancing demand, supply, inventory, and service levels.
• Develop and mentor high-performing operations teams.
• Optimize logistics, manufacturing, supplier, and 3PL networks.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Build the operational infrastructure needed to support continued high-growth.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive Operations and Supply Chain leadership experience within FMCG/CPG.
• Deep expertise across S&OP, planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and developing organizational capability.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working across global organizations.
Location:
Hybrid, New York City (minimum two days per week).
