Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for complex data transformation initiatives.
Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support data model migration, data product integration, and governance improvements.
Apply project management best practices to drive accountability, alignment, and successful outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and adjacent project teams to identify and resolve conflicts and dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
Support delivery teams in navigating competing priorities while maintaining project momentum.
Ensure effective coordination across global teams and time zones.

Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant project management experience (5+ years preferred).
Experience managing technology, data, digital transformation, or enterprise-scale initiatives.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and data stakeholders.
Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting global teams and distributed delivery models is preferred.
