Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Field Coordination:

Coordinate daily subcontractor and trade partner activities on the project site.
Ensure field work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Assist with scheduling, material planning, and installation progress tracking.
Support commissioning readiness and system turnover activities.
Promote and enforce safety policies and safe work practices on site.

Customer and Contractor Integration:

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, general contractors, and trade partners.
Communicate project updates, schedules, and milestones clearly and proactively.
Build strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation and communication records.
