Project Manager
Location: United States (Remote)
Travel: Occasional U.S. travel for corporate meetings, onboarding, training events, and operational support.
Salary: $75,000–$100,000
Position Overview
ADMEC is seeking a Project Manager to support our growing network of Certified Property Assessment Agents throughout the United States. This role coordinates projects, client onboarding, internal teams, and field operations to ensure assessments are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel for company training, conferences, and special assignments.
Responsibilities
- Support Certified Property Assessment Agents throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate client onboarding and assignment scheduling.
- Work with Operations and Client Success teams.
- Monitor project timelines and service delivery.
- Assist with corporate training and onboarding events.
- Help improve operational workflows and customer experience.
- Support clients from onboarding through project completion.
Qualifications
- Project or operations management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience leading remote teams is preferred.
- Real estate, inspections, insurance, construction, facilities, or property management experience is a plus.
