What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful execution of commercial construction projects by:

Leading projects from post-contract through final closeout
Developing and managing project schedules and budgets
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
Building strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
Managing change orders and maintaining project profitability
Working closely with our Superintendents, Estimators, Designers, and Sales team
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has commercial construction project management experience
Communicates confidently with clients and subcontractors
Is highly organized and proactive
Enjoys solving problems before they become problems
Understands budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project coordination
Is comfortable using Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other construction software
Has a Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree or equivalent industry experience
