Role Description: The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for supporting day-to-day freight operations for HG Logistics LLC and Hill and Griffith customers. This role includes scheduling and dispatching shipments, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and cross-border freight. The Logistics Coordinator tracks loads, resolves shipment issues, and communicates status updates to customers and stakeholders to maintain service quality and timeliness. Additional responsibilities include monitoring carrier performance, assisting with rate quotations, and helping optimize routing and equipment utilization for flatbeds, step decks, double drops, RGNs, vans, and LTL shipments. The role also involves maintaining shipment records, supporting compliance with company policies and transportation regulations, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution; prior work with flatbed or specialized freight is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
