In this role, you support project management in one or more client engagements, leveraging your experience in project administration and/or your industry expertise.

Responsibilities

Managing
- Support the Project Manager as requested.
  - Planning for future work.
  - Develop high-level project documentation.
  - Participate in or lead project meetings.
Project Controls
- Develop and maintain IMS and EAM Project Schedule.
- Preparation of documents required for the EAM Maximo Quality Gate process for all projects in production, design and development.
- Participate in or lead project scheduling meetings.
- Support project reporting requirements.
Document project decisions and modification of initiatives for change control documentation.
Provide progress reports for progress on plans, budgets and schedules.
Provide action items lists and follow up progress for project issues and activities.

Experience

SPECIFIC

Will have a Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
The EAM Project Management Specialist will have at least three (3) years experience in Maximo and related systems, serving in a project management support role for the development, maintenance and testing of customized Maximo applications to achieve the requirements.
Will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project.

GENERAL

Will have hands-on experience in the development and documentation of functional and technical specifications.
Will have the ability to effectively communicate and establish positive relationships with customers and team members.
The candidate should have excellent planning and organizational skills.

PREFERRED

Understanding of the Maximo applications, from both a technical and functional perspective and how it integrates with other systems.
Working knowledge of work and maintenance management and best practices and processes.
General knowledge of workflow processes, best practices and business processes as they relate to Maximo.
