Position Summary:
As a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO, you will be a vital part of a team dedicated to responding quickly to disasters—fire, water, mold, or storm damage—helping restore homes and businesses to pre-loss condition. You’ll be hands-on in the field, providing cleanup and restoration services with professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform mitigation, restoration, and cleanup services including water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire/smoke damage cleanup, and content pack-out/pack-back.
- Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other specialized equipment.
- Assess and document damage using SERVPRO software and field tools.
- Follow SERVPRO processes and industry standards (IICRC) to ensure quality and safety on every job.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, equipment, and job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors throughout the job process.
- Wear appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some technical training or experience preferred.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing for extended periods, and working in tight spaces or adverse conditions.
- Must be available for on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends, during emergency response situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- IICRC certification(s) a plus (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.); company-paid training and certification available for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
