We are seeking a highly organized, responsive, and proactive Project Manager to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will manage a high-volume portfolio of projects while maintaining strong focus on customer expectations, production timelines, and cross-functional execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a manufacturing or contract manufacturing setting.
This is a strict project management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent customer and internal manufacturing projects from kickoff through completion
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between customers, operations, production, quality, supply chain, and other internal teams
- Drive project timelines, deliverables, and execution across departments with competing priorities
- Monitor project status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain alignment on schedules, expectations, and deliverables
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements, production capabilities, and operational objectives
- Track project milestones, action items, and follow-up activities in a fast-paced production environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a production setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams across operations, quality, production, and supply chain
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing manufacturing environment
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
