The Operations Department seeks an experienced and service-oriented Transportation Supervisor to lead the School’s transportation program. This individual will oversee the daily operation of student transportation services and the maintenance of the School’s vehicle fleet while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who values exceptional customer service, proactive problem-solving, and operational excellence while supporting the mission and values of Waterford School.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with administrators, faculty, staff, coaches, parents, and transportation personnel while embracing Waterford School’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of their work.

- Valid Utah Class B CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements (or ability to obtain)
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead daily transportation operations for routes, athletics, field trips, and special events.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate transportation staff while promoting safe driving practices.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance, inspections, and vehicle readiness.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
- Manage transportation scheduling and collaborate with school departments.
- Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and campus logistics.
- Drive a school bus as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising transportation, fleet, or logistics operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and fleet operations.
- General computer proficiency.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
