Job Summary:
We're hiring a Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator to lead and support a modern Windows infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments. This is a senior-level, Tier 3 role responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise systems while driving automation, security, and infrastructure improvements. You'll work with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, virtualization, PowerShell, and enterprise management tools to ensure a secure, highly available environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, administer, and support enterprise Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025)
- Manage Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and NTFS
- Support and optimize Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure
- Develop PowerShell automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Lead enterprise patch management using Tanium
- Manage SCCM deployments and endpoint administration
- Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in infrastructure architecture, upgrades, and technology planning
- Collaborate with security, engineering, and global IT teams
- Create documentation, technical standards, and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Windows Systems Administration or Infrastructure experience
- Experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments
- Strong Active Directory administration experience
- Experience with Azure/Entra ID
- Advanced PowerShell scripting
- Hyper-V virtualization experience
- Experience with enterprise patch management (Tanium or similar)
- Expert-level troubleshooting of Windows infrastructure
