Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Information Technology Services. The responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, managing service delivery, and providing leadership in IT management and strategy. The role entails ensuring the seamless delivery of technical support, optimizing IT workflows, and maintaining infrastructure to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the role ensures alignment between IT services and the organization's goals through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Operations and Information Technology with a focus on infrastructure, system management, and optimization.
- Experience in IT Management and Service Delivery, with the ability to oversee and improve technical services across the organization.
- Strong expertise in Technical Support, ensuring prompt issue resolution and a high level of service availability.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience with IT systems in regulated industries, such as healthcare, is highly advantageous.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications like ITIL, PMP, or relevant technical certifications are preferred.
