Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and metal framing components according to detailed blueprints and schematics
- Must have reliable transportation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
- build floors, walls, and sheet roofs
- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in framing carpentry or related construction roles with a strong understanding of frame carpentry techniques
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Familiarity with construction management practices and site safety protocols
- Experience with roofing, siding, or remodeling projects is a plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills
