Requirements:

5 years minimum experience
Working knowledge of all phases of carpentry and materials but not limited to (ie. Framing, drywall, floor installs, maintenance repairs, cabinetry)
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to climb ladders and work from scaffolds and ladders
Must have own hand tools
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Good listening, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass the required Criminal History Review and the Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure
Ability to work in a school setting
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel and reach in all directions
Possess physical dexterity
Ability to pass the required physical examination for employment

Effective: 2026-2027 School Year, anticipated start date September 1, 2026

Salary: (As per Salary Guide Carpenter 26-27) Tier one $82,586
