Requirements-Traits
1. 5 years of construction field experience minimum, MUST BE ABLE TO MEASURE WINDOWS & SIDING CORRECTLY.
2. 3 years if supervision experience and able to resolve issues on site.
3. Ability to schedule material deliveries.
4. Basic sketches/measurements for material take offs.
5. Communicate with homeowners daily.
6. Public relation skills.
7. Problem solving skills.
8. Valid drivers license with good record.
9. Work with all our vendors for pricing and procurement.
10.Team player, works well with all teams members.
11.Willingness to learn.
12.Project organization.
13.40-50 hours per week.
14.Computer skills needed.
15.Stage projects.
16.Maintain a safety work place.
17.Communicate with sales an estimating departments.
18. Field experience needed.
