Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases align with client expectations, safety standards, and budget parameters. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 to develop detailed project schedules and track progress.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project estimating processes using HeavyBid and other tools to establish accurate cost projections.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met consistently.
- Conduct regular site inspections utilizing Civil 3D and Bluebeam for precise documentation and communication of project updates.
- Monitor project timelines through effective time management strategies while addressing any unforeseen delays proactively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders’ review.
- Foster strong project coordination across teams by facilitating clear communication channels and resolving conflicts swiftly.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
- Proven expertise in construction estimating, project scheduling, and contract management within large-scale projects.
- Strong civil engineering knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in construction site management with hands-on experience in safety protocols and quality assurance.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on time management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, contractors, designers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to interpret contracts and technical documents while ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards.
- Familiarity with construction site experience across various disciplines such as civil works or heavy infrastructure projects is preferred. Pay: $135,543.56 - $215,063.22 per year
