Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks, from framing and masonry to finishing and restoration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that demand precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and related tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Manage rebar installation and coordinate with other trades to meet project specifications
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently on-site
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements
- Support remodeling, restoration, roofing, drywall, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and woodworking projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection and concrete forming
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, roofing, siding, and plastering
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely on active construction sites
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and best practices
- Experience with framing carpentry, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, stucco application, and woodworking techniques
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
