Scaffolding Construction Manager – (San Antonio, TX) must have scaffold experience

BETCO Scaffolds is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolding Construction Manager to join our esteemed team. In this role, the Scaffolding Construction Manager will assume overall operational leadership of the Construction Group at one of our Texas branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional results, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality and safety. Strong leadership capabilities are required, and it will be necessary to provide strategic direction, oversee project execution, and effectively manage stakeholder relationships. Success in this role requires the ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment as well as the ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position possesses ultimate authority of the Construction Group including Superintendent and Foreman and reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Scaffold Construction Management – minimum of 5 years preferred

· Construction Management – minimum of 5 years required

· Project Management - minimum of 5 years required

· Prior leadership role in scaffold construction managing multiple crews - preferred

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for P&L within department with goal to increase profit margin

· Management of personnel including but not limited to work schedules, timekeeping, site access, providing required PPE, mentoring and review of performance

· Project scheduling ensuring timely delivery and pickup

· Ensure adherence to safety and OSHA standards

· Manage and perform administrative duties within the department including data entry, coding and preparing reports

· Review and correction of project documentation

· Review designs for both constructability and estimated costs

· Work to eliminate material shortages on projects

Language Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)

License/Certifications

· Scaffold training is a plus

· OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus

Computer Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· CAD experience – minimum of 3 years

· Prior use of ERP is a plus

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift 50lbs or more and be able to climb.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
