Restore Medics is hiring driven individuals for a Sales Account Manager role focused on high-value fire restoration projects. Compensation & Perks

Lead Flow & Structure
- Mix of self-generated opportunities and company-supported leads
- Managed and supported by Regional Sales Managers in your area
- Nationwide operation (all 50 states) with local market focus
What You’ll Do
- Conduct damage assessments for fire-related losses (ash, soot, smoke)
- Follow up with homeowners and guide them through the restoration process
- Meet with insurance adjusters to review scope of work
- Close high-value restoration contracts
- Transition projects to internal teams after contract + adjuster meeting so you can continue selling
Training & Support
- Hands-on onboarding designed to get you productive quickly
- Direct mentorship from experienced Regional Sales Managers
- Backed by a team with 75+ years of combined restoration experience
- Ongoing coaching and support in the field
Travel & Events
- Optional travel opportunities with CAT (Catastrophe) Team
- Involvement in wildfire cleanup and large-scale disaster relief efforts
- Occasional team meetups and trainings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable in face-to-face sales environments
- Ability to manage follow-up and close high-value deals
Insurance processing experience is a plus (not required)
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
