Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a luxury jewelry enterprise to hire a Supply Chain Coordinator.
Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – New York City (4 days onsite per week)
Contract Duration: Through February 27, 2026
Pay Range: $28–$30 per hour
Job mission
The Temp Coordinator, Merchandising will work within the Supply Chain Department. The person will assist the overall business with supporting the department across product categories (30% Jewelry, 30% Watches, 20% Fragrance/Accessories and 20% cross categories).
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Network collaboration
- Assist Supply Chain merchandisers with boutiques stock availability requests and events.
- Facilitate transfers, rebalancing or delivery creation.
- Follow up on delivery time frame for all orders created to ensure on time delivery (expedite shipments, prioritize deliveries)
Stock Management
- Partner with Supply chain Planners to execute strategic stock allocation to boutiques, stock Transfers from Canada to US, stock balancing between boutiques.
- Support Watch supply chain team on the daily stock allocation (maintain file, transfer stock, and communicate with the team)
- Coordinate stock returns for damage and retired stock products, ensuring processes and deadlines are followed.
- Assist with warehouse stock maintenance to prevent aging stock. Create stock moves within the warehouse. Track completion with Logistic.
Cross functional projects
- Run daily reports to maintain Supply Chain dashboards. Proactively contact IT team when issues.
- Assist the team with the administrative tasks (Presentations, Team events, Newsletter, Update shortages & stock opportunities slides, Orders cleaning…)
- Handle special projects and responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Experience
- Experience related to merchandising is required
Technical Skills/Abilities
- Excellent computer proficiency with MS-Office (mainly Excel)
- SAP system experience is a plus
- Experience in Store Planning or Store Operations is appreciated
- Knowledge of Luxury is a strong plus

This is a W2 position.
